Parent Drop Off & Pick Up Procedures

We encourage all parents to use our queue lane whenever possible. 

Student safety is our #1 priority! 

Please remember:

*If using the queue lane, stay in your vehicle at all times.

*Place a sign in your front windshield with your child's name, grade, and teacher to minimize your wait time. 

*Continue to pull forward whenever possible.

*Need to buckle your child? Please use a parking space.

*Load/unload your child from the curb side only.

*Park in designated parking spaces only.

*Display the appropriate placard to park in a designated handicap space.

*Use designated crosswalks only.

*Students must use designated crosswalks only. 

Please help keep our students safe and adhere to the following procedures near the following locations:

S Colt Dr

  • Students must cross S Colt Dr at the designated crosswalk only.
  • Students crossing S Colt Dr must walk bikes or scooters across the crosswalk. 
  • Parents parking on E Lowell Ave must cross S Colt Dr, completely, to meet your child, prior to asking them to cross the street when not in a designated crosswalk.  
  • Do not drop or pick up your child from the curb on S Colt Dr as this impedes progress of other vehicles as well as our school busses.
  • We will not allow a student to cross S Colt Dr, without a parent, when not in a designated crosswalk. 

E Frye Rd

  • Students must cross E Frye Rd at the designated crosswalks only, located at S Higley Rd and E Frye Rd and S Chaparral Blvd and E Frye Rd.
  • Students crossing E Frye Rd must walk bikes or scooters across the crosswalk. 
  • Please refrain from crossing E Frye Rd when not in a designated crosswalk as this is dangerous to both you and your child.  
  • We will not allow a student to cross E Frye Rd, without a parent, when not in a designated crosswalk. 

S Chaparral Blvd

  • Students must cross S Chaparral Blvd at the designated crosswalks only. 
    • located at S Chaparral Blvd and E Frye Rd
    • located at S Chaparral Blvd, east of our soccer field
  • Students crossing S Colt Dr must walk bikes or scooters across the crosswalk. 
  • Parents parking on E Lowell Ave, E Bridgeport Pkwy or E Parkview Dr must cross S Chaparral Blvd, completely, to meet your child, prior to asking them to cross the street when not in a designated crosswalk.  
  • Do not drop or pick up your child from the curb on S Chaparral Blvd as this impedes progress of other vehicles.
  • We will not allow a student to cross S Chaparral Blvd, without a parent, when not in a designated crosswalk.
